The Oxford Global Directors Forum (previously the Oxford Diplomacy & Geopolitics Forum) is an invitation-only executive leadership programme that convenes elite delegations of business, industry, public-sector and academic leaders for world-class summits at the University of Oxford. Hosted under Chatham House rules in one of the world's most storied academic settings, the Forum offers directors, principals, and senior leaders a discreet, high-trust environment for candid dialogue on the questions shaping markets, institutions, and public life.
Delegates engage hands-on with senior policymakers, executives, experts, world-renowned scholars and journalists, and leave with a global network of peers. At the close of each summit, the Forum confers its Oxford Certificates of Executive Leadership Recognition along with Formal Induction into the Oxford Global Directors Forum as a way to recognize nominated delegates for their exceptional contributions to industry, public service, and international affairs. Prospective delegates for each session of the leadership programme are nominated by the Forum's Research Division and a global network of senior peers based on contributions in their field.
